All the orders are sent using DHL or Royal Mail for small parcels.

Discount code

Each time you order from daylightcompany.com, you get a discount code valid on the next order. The value of the discount code changes with the value of the original order and this code can be passed on to a friend/family.

Please note that the discount codes are only valid on daylightcompany.com for 3 months.

Returns Policy

When you purchase a product from our website, you have 15 days to return it to us if you are not fully satisfied. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers have a 7 day cooling off period in which you can return any item purchased. Any faulty or damaged items must be returned to us to inspect before a replacement part is posted or a refund given. The customer will pay the return postage (which will be trackable national mail service and not private courier) and we will then refund the postage costs if we find the item to be faulty. On some occasions, digital photos will be sufficient.

Please allow up to 10 working days for UK delivery. Although we always send via First Class mail, some orders can get lost and take longer. We cannot 100% guarantee a next day delivery on our services. Sometimes due to adverse weather or problems beyond our or our contractors control, deliveries may be delayed. We are unable to offer refunds where we are not at fault.

  • Write to or email us within 15 days after the date of purchase.
  • A member of our Customer Service Team will provide you with a return number
  • The product has to be in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Misuse, improper handling, negligence, accidental damage, or any modifications made by the purchaser will void the right to return the product.
  • After receipt, the condition of the product will be checked and the full amount will be refunded.

NB: We cannot be held responsible for damages or loss occurring during return transportation. Ensure the product is properly packed before you send it.
